For lovers of the physical and mental wellness, Casa Agua is characterized for its suites with a volcanic stone jacuzzi and views to the Mayan jungle or to our relaxing river. This Casa also has its own gym and its home for Muluk Spa, the only spa in the world that is nestled in a natural cave.

VERY IMPORTANT: Any requests for early arrival and extended departures outside of the contracted room block dates listed above will be subject to availability and rate approval by the resort and may be non-refundable. Guests can RSVP through the couple’s personal wedding website or directly with the couple. We (Yellow Umbrella Events) do not track RSVPs, we only manage the room reservations for the couple.
*At this time, the couple does not have a personal wedding website or registry.
To be considered a part of Alexandra & Shawn’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). To attend the wedding and participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Hotel Xcaret Mexico as part of the wedding group room block.
If you cancel your reservation (or remove a guest(s) from the reservation) by October 28, 2025, the responsibility is a $100 per person cancellation fee. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation (or remove a guest(s) from the reservation) or reduce the number of nights in your reservation on or after October 29, 2025 the responsibility will be 100% of the room total in the case of full reservation cancellation or 100% of the removed guest total. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.
Additionally, the resort will not allow the following modifications/changes to your reservation on or after January 6, 2026:

What can you do with your reservation between January 6, and April 9, 2026?
The resort will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Shuttles run every 20 – 30 minutes to Xcaret, Xplor and Xplor Fuego. You do not need to book them. Just look for the pink shuttle with the straw roof.
