To be considered a part of Katherine & Zach’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos as part of the wedding group.
If you stay at a different hotel/resort other than Hard Rock Los Cabos you will be considered a Non-Guest and will be charged an additional fee of $192.00 per person, per day to attend the wedding ceremony and related events.
Wedding passes are guaranteed for purchase only on the ceremony date and the Hotel will only allow a certain number of wedding passes. Guests 18 years old and up are required to present an official ID to access the hotel. These guests are welcome to arrive 30 minutes before the first event and must exit the Hotel no later than 11:00 pm. No exceptions will be made. For guests purchasing a wedding pass, only credit card or currency in pesos will be accepted for payment.
