Things to consider when hosting your wedding at Hotel Xcaret Mexico
Room Block Minimum
There is a minimum room requirement for hosting your wedding at Hotel Xcaret and all guests must stay a minimum of 3 nights.
- Sunday – Thursday weddings must guarantee a room block of at least 11 rooms
- Friday weddings must guarantee a room block of at least 20 rooms Saturday weddings must guarantee a room block of at least 25 rooms
Outside Vendors
Outside vendors not on Hotel Xcaret Mexico’s preferred vendor list incur an additional outside vendor fee.
Room Block Release Timeline
Once your wedding date is confirmed you will have 10 days to move forward with securing a wedding room block or your wedding date will be released.
Off Site Guests
80% of all wedding guests must stay at the resort a minimum of 3 nights. Off site guests will incur a wedding day pass fee.
Minimum Guest Count
All wedding packages require a minimum of 30 guests.
Additional Services
Services not mentioned in the wedding packages, such as flowers, decorations, entertainment, photography and video services are quoted separately through Hotel Xcaret Mexico.
