Hotel Xcaret Arte Wedding Costs, Vendor Fees & Guest Add-Ons: What You Need to Know

Planning a destination wedding means understanding all the potential costs upfront so there are no surprises. At Hotel Xcaret Arte, the Paraiso Package gives you a strong foundation, but there are additional fees for extra guests, outside vendors, and certain services. Here’s a complete breakdown.

Base Package Cost

The Paraiso Package starts at $16,750 for up to 30 guests. Every additional guest beyond 30 is $220 per person. Your initial deposit is 30% of your total anticipated wedding costs, made via wire transfer. All future payments can be made by credit card.

Outside Vendor Fees

Hotel Xcaret Arte welcomes outside vendors, from your hometown photographer to your favorite floral designer, but charges a per-vendor fee for anyone not on their in-house vendor list:

  • Photography or videography: $1,000 USD per vendor, per service
  • Décor, florals, or DJ: $870 USD per vendor
  • Hair & makeup: $1,500 per vendor

The Insider Exception: Vendor Stays = No Fee

Here’s a policy that savvy couples love: if your outside vendor stays at the resort for 3 or more nights within your room block, they are treated as a guest, and the outside vendor fee is completely waived. This is ideal for couples bringing their own photography or hair and makeup team from home.

Off-Site Guest Day Pass

At least 80% of your wedding guests must stay at Arte for a minimum of 3 nights and a minimum of 11 total rooms must be paid within your room block. Guests not staying on property may still attend your wedding by purchasing a $90 USD day pass. This allows them to arrive 60 minutes before the ceremony and stay through the end of the reception. Note: this fee is subject to change.

Catholic Chapel Fee

If you’re getting married in the Capilla de Todos Los Angeles, there is an additional $1,500 fee for Catholic ceremonies.

Bridal Suite Option

Hotel Xcaret Arte offers a bridal suite within the Muluk Spa, which rents for approximately $2,000 for up to 4 hours. It accommodates about 9 people and includes hair and makeup stations, a 3-sided mirror, private restroom, and direct salon access. Alternatively, many of our couples book a Junior Suite (1,356 sq ft) for at least 3 nights, the additional cost compared to a standard room is often comparable to the bridal suite rental, and you get private, fully-furnished space for 3 days.
