We get lots of questions about things to do with the kids while the adults are otherwise entertained. The Kids club at Hotel Xcaret Mexico is for ages 4 – 12, they are pretty strict about kids needing to be at least 4 years old. Maximum capacity of 10 kids at a time, so there is a high staff to child ratio.
They don’t take reservations. It’s a first come first served situation. However, if you are going to dinner at Ha or Fuego they will make a reservation for you in advance, so this would really be the only situation where you can guarantee you will have access. Hours are 9a – 10pm. If you do not pick up your children by closing they charge $75 per hour per child.
At the Kids club they have activities with the kids all day at the club and even take them around the resort, they have meals together, etc. You’re not allowed to leave the resort when your children are in the kids clubThe Teen club is for ages 13 – 17 and has snacks and drinks. No kids under 12 are allowed without a parent. They have game tables and other activities. Babysitting services are reserved through the resort and it’s with Kangaroo Sitting Service. The last we checked the cost was $15 per child per hour, but this is subject to change anytime.
