Designed by chef Alejandro Ruiz, the menu in Cantina Los Faroles pays homage to Oaxacan gastronomy through traditional recipes and regional ingredients that give shape to tlayudas, broths, and other dishes created after years of research and excellence. Its intimate and cosmopolitan ambiance is the perfect setting for enjoying Mexican cuisine with the seal of chef Carlos Gaytán, the first Mexican chef to receive a Michelin Star.
