Do You Qualify? Here's How to Know
This package has specific eligibility requirements. Read through these carefully before assuming you qualify (or don’t — you might be closer than you think).

Your wedding must take place in one of these 2027 months only:
January, June, July, August, September, October, or December
✅ Room Block Requirements

Sunday–Thursday weddings: Minimum of 25 paid rooms and 50 guests

✅ All Guests Must Stay On-Site
Every single guest must stay at Hotel Xcaret Mexico within your room block. Not one guest may stay off-site or at another Hotel Xcaret property. This is a firm requirement.
✅ 3-Night Minimum
All rooms in your block must meet a 3-night minimum stay to qualify.
✅ Hotel Xcaret Mexico Only
This package is exclusive to Hotel Xcaret Mexico. Weddings at Hotel Xcaret Arte or Casa de la Playa do not qualify.
✅ In-House Vendors Only
For this package, you must use the resort’s in-house vendors exclusively. Outside vendors are not permitted unless they are a guest in your room block.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many guests does the package price cover? For Sunday–Thursday weddings, the $3,950 price includes up to 50 guests. For Friday & Saturday weddings, it covers up to 60 guests. Additional guests beyond those thresholds are $220 per person.
Can we have a Catholic ceremony? Yes. Couples who wish to use the chapel for a Catholic ceremony may do so, but there is an additional $1,000 fee on top of the package price. Note that the standard package includes a symbolic ceremony only.
What happens if our room block drops below the minimum requirement? If your room block falls below the minimum at any point, the package will be reduced to ceremony-only coverage. Food and beverage services would then be charged at the rates in effect at the time of the reduction. This is why it’s so important to communicate the on-site stay requirement clearly to your guests from day one.
Can any of our guests stay at Hotel Xcaret Arte or Casa de la Playa instead? No. All guests must stay specifically at Hotel Xcaret Mexico. No exceptions are made for other properties within the Xcaret resort collection.
Can we bring in our own photographer, DJ, or other vendors? Not for this package. Only in-house vendors are permitted. If outside vendors are important to you, this may not be the right package, and we’re happy to walk you through other options. Vendors that stay in your room block for the 3 night minimum are considered “guests” and are allowed.
When does this promotion end? Honestly? We don’t know, and neither does the resort. Hotel Xcaret Mexico has not set an official end date. They’ve told us directly that they will end the promotion without any advance notice when they decide to. This isn’t a sales tactic. It’s just the reality of this offer.
What months are NOT available for this promotion? February, March, April, May, and November are not included in the eligible months for 2027.
Can we choose our ceremony venue? Yes! You may select your specific ceremony and reception locations as part of this package.
What’s the difference between a symbolic ceremony and a legal ceremony? A symbolic ceremony is a meaningful, personalized celebration of your marriage but does not carry legal weight. Many destination wedding couples legally marry at home before or after their destination ceremony.
