• Health certificate issued by a veterinarian dated less than 15 days before the initial date of travel, in which it specifies that the health condition of your pet is optimal or indicate in case it is under treatment.

In the case of service pets, the following will be required:

Service Certificate:

• Mexican Dogs: Should present a certificate endorsed by the Mexican Association of Service Animals (A.M.A.S.) in force, with QR code, identification number, the dog must wear its harness with patches.

• USA Dogs: Should present any certification endorsed by the American Kennel Club (AKC), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Service Dog Certificate.

• International Dogs: Should present some type of certificate or identification that endorses the dog as a service animal. In the case of Emotional or Psychiatric Support dogs, guests must pay $150USD for the pet’s stay.

Pets must always wear a collar and leash when in hotel areas; in no case may pets make use of the swimming pools or furniture.

For security reasons, please leave your pet alone inside the room with the “Maxcota” tag that you will receive at check-in at the front desk. In case of having the tag at the entrance of the room, privacy will be considered, and it is agreed that NO room cleaning or minibar restocking is required.

In case of any damage to the furniture of the room, the corresponding charge will be made to your account.
