To qualify for the Sunset 2026 wedding package:
- You must have a room block contract of at least 25 or more paid rooms & a minimum of 50 guests for Sunday – Thursday wedding dates or 30 or more paid rooms & 60 guests for Friday & Saturday dates.
- You may host your wedding on any remaining date in the following 2026 months ONLY: January, June, July, August, September, October, or December
- 100% of all of the rooms for your wedding MUST stay at Hotel Xcaret in your room block. Not even 1 single guest will be allowed to stay off site or at another HX resort, other than the one your wedding and room block is held at.
- Weddings may take place at HX Mexico or HX ARTE. CDLP weddings do not qualify.
- You may ONLY use in house vendors! They will NOT allow outside vendors for this package.
What is included:
- Symbolic ceremony
- Venue for the ceremony
- Minister for a symbolic ceremony
- Table for the ceremony
- Ceremony Gazebo decided by the selected hotel
- Set up with chairs by the selected hotel
- Audio and microphone for the ceremony
- Standard cocktail hour set up (1 hour)
- 1-hour open bar
- Reception venue
- Standard dinner set up
- 3 course plated menu
- 3 hour open bar
- Wedding coordinator assigned by the resort
- Bouquet(s) and/or boutonniere(s) for the wedding couple (2 pieces maximum)

Additional Info:
- For Sunday – Thursday wedding dates the package includes up to 50 guests
- For Friday & Saturday wedding dates the package includes up to 60 guests
- Each additional guest = $220 per person
- Catholic ceremonies utilizing the chapel will have an additional $1,000 fee
- All rooms must meet a 3 night minimum to qualify
- If the minimum room requirement is reduced, the package will ONLY include the ceremony. Food and beverage services will be charged at the rates in effect at the time of the reduction.
- They did not set an “end time” for this promotion. We’re being told that they will cancel it when they cancel it and not to expect any warning before they end it.
