There’s just nothing like being surrounded by all your favorite loved ones in a sun-kissed paradise. But getting everyone there in one piece? That takes some work.

That’s where Yellow Umbrella Events comes in. We provide comprehensive guest management by coordinating your room block, keeping guests on track with payment reminders, sending helpful emails (such as details about how to get a passport), managing their transportation to/from the airport, communicating room requests and guest details to the resort, and more.

Instead of playing travel agent for guests who have a million and one questions—just send them straight to us. We’ll even set up a customized wedding website that guides them through the booking process.

Step 1: Share

To kick things off, we’ll ask that you share more about your dream Hotel Xcaret destination wedding through our inquiry form – including your preferred date options and estimated guest count. Xcaret availability goes fast, so we want to lock this down for you. We’ll also shoot you over an email with all the details you need to get started, plus a link to schedule a consult with us to answer any questions.

Step 2: Secure

Once we know your preferred dates and resort, we’ll work directly with Hotel Xcaret to lock it in. Then it’s all about the room block—we’ll secure your desired room block, get you squared away with the contract, and keep track of all deposit deadlines on your behalf. Your guests will easily book themselves using your custom wedding website, working with us if they need assistance.

Step 3: Support

Leading up to your destination wedding, you’ll be introduced to your on-site wedding coordinator (or we can refer you to a stellar local wedding planner if you want extra support). On the travel side, we’ll make sure all arrangements for you and your guests are squared away, including transfers.
