Room Categories and Their Unique Features
Junior Suite (1 King or 2 Queen Beds) | 748 sq ft
- View: Tropical (rooms are mid-level or lower level at the resort with a view that is mostly trees or rooftops)
- Max Occupancy: King – Two guests, Double – Three guests
- Perfect for guests who want comfort, style, and great value. These rooms still have patios or balconies and include all the great amenities and access as the other rooms at the resort, and are nearly the same size as the next category up (the partial ocean view).
Junior Suite King Partial Ocean View (1 King Bed) | 764 sq ft
- View: Ocean view (rooms are located on the “back side” of the resort, upper level, facing the interior of the island, with a lovely view of the ocean)
- Max Occupancy: Three guests
- This room category offers a great view of the ocean in the distance from your terrace or balcony, without the premium price tag, if you don’t absolutely need the view of the front of the resort. This side of the resort is a bit more peaceful, as you won’t see anything that is happening with guests on the front (oceanfront) side of the resort. This room category does not include a built-in sofa.
Signature Junior Suite Ocean View with Hot Tub (1 King or 2 Queen Beds) | 764 sq ft
- View: Ocean view (rooms are located on the “back side” of the resort, upper level, facing the interior of the island, with a lovely view of the ocean)
- Max Occupancy: King – Two guests, Double – Three guests
- A beautiful view of the ocean from your balcony, along with a romantic hot tub for two and a hammock on the balcony. Suites in this category and above feature larger bathrooms with longer vanity areas and dual sinks. The King bedded room is a great room for couples who must have an ocean view, and it can feel more private than the oceanfront rooms with the hot tubs.
Signature Junior Suite Ocean Front with Hot Tub (1 King or 2 Queen Beds) | 764 sq ft
- View: Ocean front (rooms are located on the front or “Cancun side” of the resort, with the beautiful multicolor turquoise waters, mid-level)
- Max Occupancy: King – Two guests, Double – Three guests
- Front and center oceanfront views from your balcony, along with a romantic hot tub for two and a hammock on the balcony. This category has a view facing the Cancun side that you see in all the pictures online, plus you can see a lot of what is happening in the lower pools and some other areas of the resort. It’s a great room for relaxing on the balcony and watching the boats pass during the day.
Honeymoon Ocean View | 1,281 sq ft
- View: Ocean view (rooms are located on the “back side” of the resort, upper level, facing the interior of the island, with a lovely view of the ocean)
- Max Occupancy: Two guests
- A beautiful view of the ocean from your balcony, a separate large living area, and an oversized balcony or terrace. These suites are a significant upgrade in size from the standard suites, featuring over 500 more square feet of interior space that includes a large living room area. The balcony in this suite is also much larger and perfect for breakfast in your room.
We recommend at least this room category or above if you’re hosting an event or wedding at Impression Isla Mujeres, since there is much more space for guests to get ready together or gather for a small hangout.
Paramount Suite Ocean Front | 1,291 sq ft
- View: Ocean front (rooms are located on the front or “Cancun side” of the resort with the beautiful multi color turquoise waters, higher floor level)
- Max Occupancy: Two guests
- This is a very unique suite that features front and center ocean views from your room and balcony, a separate large living area, a six-person bar, a second bathroom, and an oversized balcony or terrace.
This is an ideal suite for a group leader that is hosting an event at this resort and may have guests visiting their suite, as it is set up to allow a bit more privacy in the bedroom area, since the bar, sofa, and 2nd bathroom are on the other side of the wall that separates the bed area from the living/visitor space.
Honeymoon Ocean Front | 1,410 sq ft
- View: Ocean front (rooms are located on the front or “Cancun side” of the resort with the beautiful multi color turquoise waters, highest floor level)
- Max Occupancy: Two guests
- This suite is very similar to the Honeymoon Ocean View, but is 129 square feet larger. It features front and center views of the ocean front side of the resort, a large living area, and a beautiful, oversized balcony and terrace area with a hanging lounge bed.
This suite is perfect for romance and lounging! If you’re looking for jealousy-inducing pictures for the gram, this is your suite.
Presidential Suite | 3,519 sq ft
- View: Ocean view (located on the “back side” of the resort, top floor, facing the interior of the island, with a lovely full view of the ocean)
- Max Occupancy: Two guests
- This massive suite (the largest available at Impression Isla Mujeres) offers a beautiful full view of the ocean, a private pool on your balcony (the only suite at this resort with its own pool), large in room soaking tub and spacious bathroom, entertaining area with full bar, plus an in-suite dining area with seating for six, separate living room, and an oversized balcony and terrace with a full dining table for six.
You can most certainly entertain a small group of guests in this suite! Or just keep it all to yourself and have your very own perfect private oasis.
