Our Signature Planning Process

After you fill out our inquiry form, we’ll connect with you on a complimentary, in-depth consultation call. Together, we’ll define your vision and uncover your needs; these details will help us match you with the perfect resort.
Within a few days (we work quickly!) we’ll send over our top 2-3 resort choices, hand-picked to align with your preferences, guest needs, and price point. Take your pick then let us know your desired dates and wedding package and we’ll get to work securing it all for you with the resort.
With your date and wedding package set, it’s time to focus on the guest experience. Our team will manage it all, from setting up your room block to helping your guests stay on track of deposit deadlines with timely reminders. Booking is a breeze thanks to your custom room booking link—just send your guests straight here!
Leading up to your destination wedding, you’ll be introduced to your on-site wedding coordinator (or we can refer you to a stellar local wedding planner if you want extra support). On the travel side, we’ll make sure all arrangements for you and your guests are squared away, including transfers. If you need any assistance during your travels, just reach out to us!
