We are so excited to share our upcoming wedding with you at Secrets Moxche Playa del Carmen in gorgeous Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Your presence at our wedding means the world to us!

Yellow Umbrella Events, a destination wedding travel company, has been amazing in helping us with all the resort details. We have set up a wedding room block with the resort, specific to our group, and the team at Yellow Umbrella Events will be assisting all our guests in reserving your rooms for our wedding on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.

Trip Deposit & Payment Schedule

Tuesday, May 19, 2026, is the deadline to get an available room in the room block. Any reservations requested after this date have to be requested with the resort and room availability and contracted rates are not guaranteed.
A payment equal to 50% of your room reservation is due at booking / by Tuesday, May 19, 2026. The resort reserves the right to cancel the reservation if payment is not made by this date.
Full payment of your room reservation is due by Tuesday, July 14, 2026. The resort reserves the right to cancel the reservation if payment is not made by this date.
Payment plans are available. Contact your assigned Group Coordinator prior to the first required payment deadline to set up a payment plan.

Flight Info

You are responsible for booking your own flights, but we still need your flight info by Wednesday, August 26, 2026, to give to the resort so they know what time you will arrive. You can send that to us by filling out the form on this page. You will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN) or Tulum International Airport (TQO).
You are also responsible for booking your own ground transportation to the resort and back to the airport. See below for information regarding booking your ground transportation.

Additional Nights Stay

If you would like to arrive earlier than Saturday, October 10, 2026, or stay past Wednesday, October 14, 2026, please let us know when you fill out the room reservation form.

VERY IMPORTANT: Any requests for early arrival and extended departures outside of the contracted room block dates listed above will be subject to availability and rate approval by the resort and may be non-refundable. If your reservation is impacted by date availability and a difference in contracted rates, we will communicate this information to the guest before any confirmation or charges are made for extra nights outside the room block.

Adding Nights/Guests Upon Arrival at the Resort

As soon as the first person from the group has arrived at the resort we are not allowed to add extra nights or guests to your reservation. You will have to go to the front desk to add them. Also, the resort will not honor the contracted room rates and you will have to pay whatever the current room rate is at that time.
