Yellow Umbrella Events, a destination wedding travel company, has been amazing in helping us with all the resort details. We have set up a wedding room block with the resort, specific to our group, and the team at Yellow Umbrella Events will be assisting all our guests in reserving your rooms for our wedding on Friday, February 6, 2026.

If you would like to arrive earlier than Thursday, February 5, 2026, or stay past Monday, February 9, 2026, please let us know when you fill out the room reservation form.
VERY IMPORTANT: Any requests for early arrival and extended departures outside of the contracted room block dates listed above will be subject to availability and rate approval by the resort and may be non-refundable. If your reservation is impacted by date availability and a difference in contracted rates, we will communicate this information to the guest before any confirmation or charges are made for extra nights outside the room block.
The room categories listed above were selected by Lauren & Corey for their contracted room block. There are only a certain number of rooms available and are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
If you make a new reservation or add extra nights to an existing reservation after this date, these rates are subject to change and the resort will charge whatever the current room rate is for that particular room category at that time. Yellow Umbrella Events does not have control over the rates the resort provides.

Guests can RSVP through the couple’s personal wedding website or directly with the couple. We (Yellow Umbrella Events) do not track RSVPs, we only manage the room reservations for the couple.
To be considered a part of Lauren & Corey’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Grand Palladium Riviera Maya as part of the wedding group.
If you stay at a different hotel/resort other than Grand Palladium Riviera Maya OR if you stay at Grand Palladium Riviera Maya but you are booked outside of the couple’s room block, you will be considered a Non-Guest and will be charged an additional fee per person, per day for a Wedding Pass to attend the wedding ceremony and related events. The Wedding Pass allows non-guests access to the hotel 30 minutes before the ceremony start time and until the end of the reception. No exceptions will be made.
Wedding Pass fees for guests staying onsite at the resort, but not part of Lauren & Corey’s wedding group room block are as follows:
Wedding Pass fees for guests staying at a different resort are not available at this time. These fees are set by the resort and are subject to change. Please contact the resort for more information.
Only credit card or currency in pesos will be accepted for payment. Wedding Passes are guaranteed for purchase only on the ceremony date. The hotel will only allow the purchase of Wedding Passes up to a maximum of 20% of the total number of guests. Guests 18 years old and up are required to present an official ID to access the hotel.
If you cancel your reservation (or remove a guest(s) from the reservation) by August 12, 2025, the responsibility is a $100 per person cancellation fee. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation (or remove a guest(s) from the reservation) between August 13, 2025, and November 11, 2025, the responsibility will be 1-night of the room total in the case of full reservation cancellation or 1-night of the removed guest total. There is also a $100 per person cancellation fee. Also, if you reduce the number of nights in your reservation you will be responsible for 50% of the nights reduced. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.
If you cancel your reservation (or remove a guest(s) from the reservation) or reduce the number of nights in your reservation on or after November 12, 2025,the responsibility will be 100% of the room total in the case of full reservation cancellation or 100% of the removed guest total. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.
Additionally, the resort will not allow the following modifications/changes to your reservation on or after November 11, 2025:
This resort will not allow any changes, including name changes, to your reservation after January 15, 2026.
