We are so excited to share our upcoming Wedding with you at Hyatt Ziva Cancun in gorgeous Cancun, Mexico. Your presence at our wedding means the world to us!
Yellow Umbrella Events, a destination wedding travel company, has been amazing in helping us with all the resort details. We have set up a wedding room block with the resort, specific to our group, and the team at Yellow Umbrella Events will be assisting all our guests in reserving your rooms for our wedding on Wednesday, June 23, 2027.

Accommodations
A stunning all-inclusive beachfront resort on the most beautiful strip of Punta Cancun, framed by the Caribbean Sea, Hyatt Ziva Cancun is a playful family escape on Mexico’s Yucatan Coast. Trip Deposit & Payment Schedule
- A deposit of $100 Per Person is all you need to reserve your room. This deposit payment will be paid and processed at the time you make your reservation. This option is available up to 1 week prior to the first required payment deadline (see below).
- Wednesday, January 6, 2027, is the deadline to get an available room in the room block. Any reservations requested after this date have to be requested with the resort and room availability and contracted rates are not guaranteed.
- A payment equal to 50% of your room reservation is due by Wednesday, January 6, 2027. The resort reserves the right to cancel the reservation if payment is not made by this date.
- Full payment of your room reservation is due by Wednesday, April 7, 2027. The resort reserves the right to cancel the reservation if payment is not made by this date.
- Payment plans are available. Contact your assigned Group Coordinator prior to the first required payment deadline to set up a payment plan.
Flight Info & Ground Transportation
- You are responsible for booking your own flights, but we still need your flight info by Friday, May 7, 2027, to give to the resort so they know what time you will arrive. You can send that to us by filling out the form on this page. You will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN).
- Nick & Des will be providing ground transportation from the airport to the resort and back to the airport for guests arriving on Tuesday, June 22, 2027, and departing on Friday, June 25, 2027. Please contact the couple directly for details.
- If you are arriving and/or departing on different dates than those listed above, you will be responsible for booking your own ground transportation from the airport to the resort and back to the airport. See below for information regarding booking your ground transportation. Yellow Umbrella Events does not coordinate ground transportation.
