Trip Deposit & Payment Schedule

A deposit of $100 Per Person is all you need to reserve your room. This deposit payment will be paid and processed at the time you make your reservation. This option is available up to 1 week prior to the first required payment date (see below).
Monday, April 5, 2026, is the deadline to get an available room in the room block. Any reservations requested after this date have to be requested with the resort and room availability and contracted rates are not guaranteed.
Full payment of your trip is due by Tuesday, June 9, 2026. The resort reserves the right to cancel the reservation if payment is not made by this date.
You are responsible for booking your own flights, but we still need your flight info by Monday, July 20, 2026, to give to the resort so they know what time you will arrive. You can send that to us by filling out the form on this page. You will fly to either Cancun International Airport (CUN) or Tulum International Airport (TQO).
You are also responsible for booking your own ground transportation to the resort and back to the airport. Shaheen & Rachael have a discount code for transportation through Cancun Shuttle for their trip - use code WALLACE5 at booking.

Reservation Dates

There is a 3-night minimum for this room block but you have the option to arrive early or stay later. You can select your dates when you fill out the reservation form.

VERY IMPORTANT: Any requests for early arrival and extended departures outside of the contracted room block dates listed above will be subject to availability and rate approval by the resort and may be non-refundable. If your reservation is impacted by date availability and a difference in contracted rates, we will communicate this information to the guest before any confirmation or charges are made for extra nights outside the room block.
