Every guest must stay at the host hotel and be booked under the same contract. Reservations made outside the contracted room block, or booked through any other channel, may incur penalties. That rule is not a suggestion, and it is why room block management matters so much on a group this size.
If the room minimum is reduced after the contract is signed, the package converts to the ceremony only. Food and beverage services are then charged at the rates in effect at the time of the reduction. A family that plans for 60 guests and ends up with 40 does not simply pay less. February, March, April, May, and November are excluded from this package. If your daughter’s birthday falls in an excluded month, you have two workable options. You can celebrate slightly early or slightly late in an eligible month, which most families do without a second thought. Event dates and venues remain subject to availability and hotel capacity until they are contracted. Hotel Xcaret Mexico books out more than 12 months in advance, so a summer 2027 celebration should be in contract during 2026.
