Cheryl & Shea Bailey of Yellow Umbrella Events, a destination wedding travel company, have been amazing in helping us with all the resort details. We have set up a wedding room block with the resort, specific to our group, and Yellow Umbrella Events will be assisting all our guests in reserving your rooms for our wedding on Thursday, October 23, 2025.

The room categories listed above were selected by Dary & Billy for their contracted room block. There are only a certain number of rooms available and are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
If you make a new reservation or add extra nights to an existing reservation after this date, these rates are subject to change and the resort will charge whatever the current room rate is for that particular room category at that time. Yellow Umbrella Events does not have control over the rates the resort provides.

Wedding Pass fees are typically as follows, however, these fees are subject to change without notice at the discretion of the hotel.
If you cancel your reservation (or remove a guest(s) from the reservation) by March 25, 2025, the responsibility is a $100 per person cancellation fee. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation (or remove a guest(s) from the reservation) between December 5th, 2023, and February 26th, 2024, the responsibility will be 2 room nights of the room total in the case of full reservation cancellation or 2 room nights of the removed guest total. There is also a $100 per person cancellation fee. Also, if you reduce the number of nights in your reservation you will be responsible for 50% of the nights reduced. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.
If you cancel your reservation (or remove a guest(s) from the reservation) or reduce the number of nights in your reservation on or after March 26, 2025, the responsibility will be 100% of the room total in the case of full reservation cancellation or 100% of the removed guest total. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.
Xunset Lovers (sax): Monday only. 3 hours, approximate pickup time 5:35 PM and return time 8:30 PM. Includes live sax player, premium open bar, and canapes.

Shuttles run every 20 – 30 minutes to Xcaret, Xplor and Xplor Fuego. You do not need to book them. Just look for the pink shuttle with the straw roof.
