Costa Mujeres, Cancún, Mexico
We are absolutely thrilled to help you secure your dream wedding at the stunning Grand Palladium in Costa Mujeres, Cancún, Mexico. Please don’t hesitate to contact us so that we can provide you with expert guidance through every step of the process. When you contact us, we will ask you to provide at least a couple of wedding dates you could be interested in and we will review the date availability and send you the estimated room rates. Once you are ready to go, our team will send your completed wedding request form to the Palladium Weddings team. They will then assign you a Weddings Sales Advisor who will confirm your wedding date, including times and venues, and send you the wedding contract. (Heads up that it can normally take approximately two weeks to receive this contract.) After receiving their contract, you will have 7 days to pay the initial deposit of $800.00 USD (non-refundable) by a payment link.
Once you receive your wedding ceremony contract from the wedding department you will need to “wet sign” the document (meaning that you will need to print it out, literally sign it on all pages – not digitally) and then email it back to the resort. The only exception to this is if you use a verified document signing program that tracks IP addresses/time/date/etc (like Docusign).
Additionally, proof of your payment is required, so you will need to send evidence of having made the payment (like a screenshot with all the details).
Grand Palladium & TRS Coral Costa Mujeres offer a variety of Wedding packages.
The prices are available for 2024 and 2025 but are subject to change at any time up to the contract date.

It varies according to the season. The resort’s capacity allows it to host more than 1 event on the same day without the events interfering with one another. Though they try to keep the weddings to only 2-3 per day (depending on the number of guests), a social event or corporate event may occur in another venue on the property on the same day as your wedding. This is normal for most hotels and resorts; they do a great job of keeping these events separate.

While this is happening, our team will request the room rates for your wedding week and send them to you to select the room categories you want to offer to your guests.
Once the resort sales team validates your wedding, they will issue a specific identifier for your wedding, like this –WEDDINGS BY PALLADIUM CMU|IDBODA 123456 | Wedding John Smith and Eric Jones | November 15, 2024
From this point forward, all emails you send to the resort should have this entire identifier listed in the email’s subject line.
A in house wedding coordinator from the Palladium team will be introduced to you and will start working with you approximately 60 days before the wedding day to finalize ALL your wedding details, such as flowers, menus, timeline, etc. (In the meantime you are absolutely welcome to start planning some of your details on your own.) Upon arrival at the resort, your coordinator will have a final details meeting and walk through with you to confirm everything you have planned.
