Paraiso Pricing:
- $16,750 USD for up to 30 guests (additional guests are charged at $220 each)
This base price includes ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, dinner, open bar, DJ service, dance floor, very basic flowers,+ a welcome party photo session, and more – all the key elements most couples expect in a destination wedding package.
It does not include wedding day photo and/or video services, night time lighting, or extra floral & decor you may want to add.
Sunset 2026 Wedding Package (Promo)
This is a limited-time promotional offer for couples who meet certain criteria (more on that below). It’s priced dramatically lower than the Paraiso package but still includes a lot of the core wedding elements you care about.
Sunset Promo Pricing:
- $3,950 USD — flat promotional price
This special rate is available only for qualifying weddings in select 2026 months with room block minimums met. The package includes ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, dinner, open bar, flowers, wedding coordinator, 2-hour photo session, and more – similar inclusions to Paraiso but at a fraction of the cost.
Sunset Promo Qualifications
To qualify for the Sunset package, you must:
- Contract a minimum 25 rooms (Sun – Thu) or 30 rooms (Fri – Sat) for at least 3 nights
- Have 100% of your room block at Hotel Xcaret Mexico or Hotel Xcaret Arte (NO off-site stays allowed – not even one guest)
- Have a minimum of 50 guests (Sun – Thu) or 60 guests (Fri – Sat)
- Choose from available 2026 dates in only June, July, August, September, October, or December
- Use in-house vendors ONLY (absolutely no outside vendors allowed on this promo)
If any of those room or vendor stipulations aren’t met, the promo won’t apply – and your wedding contract will automatically revert to the Paraiso package.

So — Which Should You Choose?
Sunset Promo Is a No Brainer if:
- You have the minimum room block and guest count
- You want to keep wedding costs down without sacrificing key inclusions
- You will not allow any of your guests to stay off site
- You’re happy with in-house vendors only
- You want a beautiful Hotel Xcaret wedding without the typical price tag
Paraiso Is Best If:
- Your guest count or room block doesn’t meet the Sunset criteria
- You want flexibility with outside vendors
- You know you will for sure have guests that won’t stay at Hotel Xcaret
Pro Tip: Want the Sunset Package but not quite sure you can meet the minimum 25 or 30 room requirement, depending on the day of the week of your ceremony? If you think it’s possible you’ll meet the minimum, start your contract out as the Sunset Package first, knowing that if you don’t meet that minimum you can always bump up to the Paraiso Package.
The resort will never let you downgrade your wedding package so you are not able to start your contract with the Paraiso Package and later go with the Sunset Package.
