Planning a destination wedding at Hotel Xcaret Arte raises a lot of questions, and we love answering them. Here are the most common questions we hear from couples considering Arte, answered honestly and clearly.
Is there only one wedding package?
Yes. Arte offers one wedding package, the Paraiso Package, which covers the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception for up to 30 guests at $16,750. Additional guests are $220 each.
Does Arte allow same-sex weddings?
Absolutely. Hotel Xcaret Arte is a welcoming and inclusive resort that celebrates all couples and all love stories.
Are elopements available?

How many weddings happen at Arte each day?
The resort is large enough to host more than one event per day without any overlap or interference, so your wedding always feels private and exclusive to you.
Is there a complimentary ceremony or vow renewal option?
No. Hotel Xcaret Arte does not offer complimentary ceremonies or vow renewals. All events go through the Paraiso Package or the Elopement Package.
Do we need to use Hotel Xcaret Arte's in-house vendors?
No, you’re welcome to bring in outside vendors. However, outside vendor fees apply unless the vendor stays at the resort for 3+ nights within your room block, in which case the fee is waived. In-house vendors are available for photography, videography, hair and makeup, florals, and décor at no extra charge beyond their service cost.
Is there a rehearsal available?
Yes, you can schedule a rehearsal the day before your ceremony. Due to venue availability, it may be held in an alternate location. The resort’s wedding staff does not run the rehearsal, you or your planner will lead it.
When do outdoor events need to end?
All outdoor events and sound must wrap up by 11 p.m. Indoor ballroom events can continue until 1 a.m. or later, no hard curfew.
Can guests use golf carts around the resort?
Not generally. The resort design doesn’t accommodate golf carts throughout most of the property. The one exception is the path around the Xpiral building near the Catholic Chapel.
Are there great spots for a first look?
Yes, Arte is absolutely stunning for photos, with countless scenic locations throughout the resort. Your photographer will help identify the perfect first-look spot based on your style and the day’s schedule.
Does Arte offer a honeymoon package?
Not at this time.
