Impression Isla Mujeres offers two wedding packages: a simple elopement and a complete wedding package for larger guest counts. Pricing and deposit terms for both packages changed for 2027. Here is what’s currently accurate.
Intimate Impression, starting at $2,649 USD (weekday rate, inclusive of two guests)
Preparations:
– Wedding organization and personal touch of an on-site wedding coordinator
– Preparation and ironing of the couple’s wedding day attire
– Two services for the bride on the day of the ceremony: hairstyling and makeup application
We’re confirming with the resort whether this service can still be split between both members of the couple, or offered as a shave for a groom, since the package wording changed from prior years. We’ll update this section once confirmed.
Ceremony Inclusions:
– Symbolic ceremony
– Bouquet and/or boutonniere for the wedding couple
– Wedding cake and sparkling wine toast for two
Room Perks:
– Complimentary upgrade for the wedding couple, based on availability
– Special turndown service the night of the wedding
– Sparkling wine and fresh fruit in-room upon arrival
– One breakfast-in-bed with mimosas (reservation with concierge required)
– Late check-out for the wedding couple, based on availability
Additional Inclusions:
– 15% discount on all spa treatments (boutique purchases not included)

Lasting Impression, starting at $8,749 to $10,649 USD depending on season and day of week (inclusive of 30 guests)
The 30 guest count breaks down to 28 guest services plus the couple. Pricing for 2027 now depends on when you book:

– October 2027 through July 2027, weekday (Monday through Wednesday): starting at $9,199 USD
– October 2027 through July 2027, weekend (Thursday through Sunday): starting at $10,649 USD
Preparations:

– Two services for the bride on the day of the ceremony: hairstyling and makeup application
Ceremony:
– Symbolic ceremony plus ceremony table and seating
– Photographer and videographer, including digital imagery
– Sound system with one speaker and one microphone
– Bouquet and/or boutonniere for the wedding couple and wedding party, up to four members
Food & Beverage:
– Two-hour welcome reception with table and chair setup, bartender, and wait service
– One-hour cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres, a premium bar with signature cocktails, and cocktail table setup
– Three-hour private dinner reception in a premium location, with open bar, waiter service, table and chair setup, and the option of a dessert table
– Champagne toast for all wedding guests, including Moët or Veuve Clicquot for the wedding couple, along with crystal champagne flutes
Additional Inclusions:
– Complimentary room for one member of the wedding couple the night before the wedding, based on availability and upon request
– Personalized welcome amenity for the wedding couple, in-room upon arrival
– Guaranteed early check-in and late check-out for the wedding couple
– A mixologist to design signature cocktails for the reception and cocktail hour
– A chef to curate a four-course, gourmet meal for the wedding day reception (a buffet option is also available)

Both packages are currently limited to new wedding bookings at Impression by Secrets resorts. If you booked under an earlier version of these terms, confirm with your coordinator which package version applies to your contract.
How much is the Impression Isla Mujeres wedding package deposit?
This changed significantly for 2027. Deposits are no longer flat dollar amounts. Both packages now require a deposit of 30% of the total package value at the time of booking, and it is non-refundable.
At current pricing, that puts the Lasting Impression deposit somewhere between roughly $2,600 and $3,200 depending on your date, up from the previous flat $750. The Intimate Impression deposit works out to roughly $795 at current pricing, up from the previous flat $500. Budget for this early in your planning, since it’s a meaningfully different number than couples may have seen quoted previously.
Once a wedding date is confirmed, Lasting Impression cannot be canceled within six months of the wedding date without forfeiting the deposit. Intimate Impression cancellations also forfeit the initial deposit.

Are there fees to consider for beyond the base package price?
A few costs sit outside the package price and are new or clarified for 2027:
– A set up fee applies to all venues, calculated based on final guest count and layout
– Premium venue locations carry an additional charge on both packages
– Crystal champagne flutes for the Lasting Impression toast must be requested at least 90 days before the wedding date
– Any additional inclusions beyond the base package must be booked 90 days in advance and are priced at current introductory rates, which are subject to increase
Does Impression Isla Mujeres include all the vendors we’ll need for our wedding day?
There is an outside vendor fee of $1,500 USD per vendor per day.
What if we don’t want to use the in-house vendors that Impression Isla Mujeres requires?

Is there any way the vendor fee could be waived?
Yes. The $1,500 USD per vendor per day fee can be waived if the vendor books a room and stays on the property as a guest during the events they’ll be servicing.
Can we bring our own décor?
Yes, but you’ll need to provide a list of the décor items you plan to bring, and the resort will confirm approval, since items must align with the resort’s concept. There will be a fee for decorating assistance.
If we prefer a particular venue, is it guaranteed to be available on our wedding day?
A specific venue can be guaranteed once the contracting process for the wedding date is finalized.
Is there a discounted room rate for our guests?
Potentially, but not always. Depending on the date and other factors, a room block contract may come with slightly discounted group rates, or the resort may “stop the rate” at contracting, locking in the room rate for a period of time.
What are the benefits of contracting a room block at Impression Isla Mujeres?

Are we required to contract a Wedding Room Block?
Impression Isla Mujeres requires that at least 80% of your wedding guests stay on property for a minimum of three nights, but a room block itself is not required. For groups of 10 or more rooms, the resort strongly encourages one, since rates tend to increase the closer you get to the travel date.
