We get this question so much that the resort has now given us a fairly comprehensive list of what is and what is not allowed to be brought by couples for their wedding & decor.
Allowed Items:
- Wedding programs
- Wedding favors (as long they are not in the not allowed list)
- Unity Ceremony items (candles, laso, arras, veil, etc.)
- Personalized items (as long they are not in the not allowed list)
- Any stationery or signage
- Table numbers
- Pictures with frames
- Cake Topper
- Guest book
- Bubbles
- Polaroid cameras
- Party Props
- Welcome bags

NOT Allowed Items:
- Anything that can fly away (confetti, balloons, wishing paper lanterns, artificial rose petals, smoke bombs, rice, etc. )
- Anything that is flammable (fireworks, candles, sparklers, etc.)
- Centerpieces
- Charger Plates
- Glassware
- Cluttery
- Any linens or clothes (napkins, table runners, aisle runners, tablecloths, sashes, etc.)
- Anything that needs to connect to a power source
- Bluetooth Speakers
- Fake cakes
- Fake flowers
- LED lights and candles
- Anything that requires assembly or installation
- Perishable food items
- Pool floats
Additionally, due to space and logistics your on site wedding coordinator will only be able to receive ONE SUITCASE (up to appx total 50 pound in size) with wedding items that will be used during the event (this does not include the welcome bags) accompanied by a checklist of the items that are being delivered.
Please note that any items that you bring and are placed by your on site wedding coordinator will be delivered to you at the end of the event and will be your responsibility to take them back home.
Additionally, we recommend assigning a point person amongst your guests to collect the items at the end of the night to be re packed in the suitcase.
