Indoor Venues
Capilla de Todos Los Angeles (Catholic Chapel)
Located at the highest point of the Xpiral Pyramid, this chapel has some of the most extraordinary views on property. You can see for miles across the ocean. Available for Catholic ceremonies only. Capacity: up to 150 guests.
Insider tip: Even if you cannot have your ceremony here, the chapel is open to all resort guests and makes for stunning photos.
Cuevas Kayak (Air-Conditioned Cave)
There are very few places on earth where you can get married inside a cave. Cuevas Kayak is one of them and it is the only air-conditioned indoor/outdoor cave venue at the resort. Available for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Capacity: up to 60 guests.
Outdoor Venues
Palmeras Beach
The main beach ceremony location, set among tall palm trees with full ocean views. Ceremonies and a simple sparkling wine toast only. No receptions are available here due to distance from restrooms and kitchen facilities. Timing may also be restricted during turtle hatching season. Capacity: up to 100 guests.
Caleta Fuego
A sandy beach area set in the inlet lagoon zone, fed by an underground river. This is one of the best options for larger groups. You can enter via a cave entrance or stairway. Bridge walkways throughout the area make for stunning group photos. Available for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Capacity: up to 150 guests.
Bio and Bio Bar
Two smaller inlet venues set side by side, best suited for intimate weddings. Bio Bar features a stunning waterfall backdrop and a small bar carved into the cave wall. Due to setup timing, you can use one for your ceremony and the other for your reception, but not both for the same function. Capacity: up to 50 guests.
Explanada Xerro
Located at the base of the Xpiral Pyramid, this flat hard-surface venue is surrounded by jungle with the pyramid as a dramatic backdrop. A great choice for couples who prefer not to be on sand. The neutral white backdrop makes bold colors and white decor stand out beautifully. Available for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Capacity: up to 250 guests.
Playon Viento
A large open-air event space set among a pool and river with stunning stone cave walls alongside. Stone ground surface with no sand. Best suited for larger groups. Plan for shade coverings if hosting a daytime event, as this area gets direct sun until sunset. Available for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Capacity: up to 150 guests for a reception.
Playon Xpiral
Nearly identical to Playon Viento but oriented to face the Xpiral Chapel, giving you the chapel as your main backdrop. Same function options and capacity. Up to 150 guests for a reception.
